I had ordered and paid for parts for my Prius months ago and one of the parts were in back order. Meanwhile the store switches owners. So I call and make sure they're available and the lady on the phone told me yes they are in and to come pick them up.. so I do. And they REFUSED to give me my parts that I paid for without receipt.
