My Toyota Sienna needed major maintenance work (225,000+ miles) and they provided a reasonable quote and walked me through what was needed. Also diagnosed a problem with the brakes which a local tire shop just made worse! We talked about the hard choice of repair vs. replacement - NO PRESSURE, objective feedback. Flexible in scheduling and very friendly. My father owned a car repair business in Rosemead, I grew up there - haven't found a shop to equal his until now. Thank you!!!!

We have been working with JB Auto since 2022, 90,000 + miles, my wife’s 2018 and my 2020 Tacoma. I have nothing but good things to say about Joe, Cory and Dan. The shop is clean, work is done as promised with quality parts and the price is fair. I have recommended them to several friends and wouldn’t think about taking our vehicles to anyone else. Five stars all day long.

I took my car in for a smog check, oil change, new timing belt and, since I bought it used 1 1/2 years ago, a general inspection. They found that, in addition to the timing belt, I needed my valve gasket covers replaced and rear brakes replaced. I took the car in on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready maybe by the following Thursday, definitely Friday- 1 ½ weeks later, 8 working days.
