Didn't come the first time delivery was scheduled, but did bring my dryer the following day. However, it needed repairs after only owning it for 3 weeks. Thankfully it was under warranty. They did come out to service my dryer all the way in Ludington within a few days of me calling. And it was free, having been covered by my 1 year warranty. People were friendly.
I needed a washing machine quick and inexpensive, so I picked up one of their used washers. I paid too much for it for what it was. Found the bottom was completely rusted out. It began leaking badly after 2 months of use.
Bought a used Kenmore washer and dryer here for a very reasonable price almost 5 years ago and they are still working great!
