Boris and his crew more than met my expectations. It is hard getting reputable contractors to do work here in a timely manner. It is hard to even get a quote, much of the time. Boris came and gave us a roof estimate on a Wednesday. Thursday we picked out the shingle color. Monday and Tuesday his crew stripped 2 layers of shingles off of our roof and replaced it. I had JB&Sons out to quote on some siding. From start to finish the process was flawless. They were very responsive answering all my questions and getting back to we when they said they would. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. Installers did an amazing job. I would highly recommend JB&Sons. A++
Bill It sounds strange but i have never had work done by JB and Sons. I have experienced the the thoughtfulness and humanity that Boris offered. My truck ran off the road and into a ditch. He pulled me from the ditch and damaged his tow strap. He would not take any reimbursement for the strap or anything for his time and effort. If i need any work done to my house in the future, Boris will get my call! Thank you for your compassion!
I received a very competitive price for my new roof. The work was done in a very professional high quality way and exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship as well as exceptional customer service was a very welcome surprise after hearing of many horror stories with the use of contractors on the Eastern Shore.
