The customer service at this establishment is horrible. Our vehicle was not ready at the time they told us it would be. When asking simple questions about why the car was not ready at the specified time that was told to me; I was gifted with a nasty attitude, raised voice and the use of profanity towards me (KEVIN) as the other gentleman standing there just laughed at me.
