I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much more than a fast food restaurant because of the location in a strip mall but I was so wrong!!We tried the barbecue sampler which gave us ribs , brisket, hot links, smoked chicken, burnt ends( which were delicious!!!!!) and to our dismay, they were out of smoked bologna.I wasnt too sure about the smoked bologna but I will try it next time.The meat was smoky, moist and sweet.
