Very disappointed, this would have been my second visit. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted upon arrival great however the stylist had other clients not unusual but to have me waiting with no other communication was very disappointing. I am not from this area and would like to find a stylist that can assist me through my journey. Waiting an hour and I am not even informed that there will be a wait unacceptable
Tiggy did my hair and she worked a miracle out of a mess. Feel like family considering I've known them all their lives ( from babies) but I love them all. Trust and believe I will be back as a regular, would recommend any of them, they're all wonderful ladies.
This lady came into the waffle 🧇 and her hair was fierce. She said Trina is her stylist. Got to make an appointment soon. I'm from out of town and have the same stylist since I was a preteen. This might be my new spot.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I requested a blow out. My natural hair was very healthy, think and curly and now has heat damage with a stringy texture. It also now has a smell of chemicals that I can’t get rid of.
