I recently visited Jazzy Cuts Barbershop hoping for a quick, clean shave and a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. When I first walked in, the atmosphere seemed promising. There was a sign-in sheet, and I was greeted by a kind 92-year-old lady who was also there for a haircut.
