The concept is great and the software is easy to navigate. The support and service need a lot of work. Definitely a money grab with all the "add-on" fees. Do your research before signing a contract!

Completely avoid this company. Its a scam company. We canceled 6 months ago. We had a 1 year contract that expired months ago. They continue to charge us. You cannot reach anyone at the company. The only way to talk to someone is to book a new demo for sales. They are saying our account renewed and we are locked in for another year. When in fact we canceled mid summer of last year. We got no renewal notice which is a FTC violation. We are disputing charges and contacting the authorities for these violation.
Extremely poor service, dodgy sales reps, and fraudulent charges. In past years, this company has offered a discounted rate to our franchise. This was going to be my first year signing up with them. Over the web call, Zak had mentioned that the franchise agreements had "shifted around". I signed up for their Hero plan, and got back in touch with Zak about the franchise pricing.
