I have tried for years to find a workout program that I truly enjoyed, and I can honestly say that Woodbury Jazzercise is it! I have finally found my love for exercise through Jazzercise. Woodbury Jazzercise is so enjoyable and uplifting, I get an amazing workout that supports strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance. And the Jazzercise family is so supportive and fun, I have made so many new friends. I look forward to my workouts and I leave class feeling happy, fulfilled and accomplished!
Jazzercise makes exercise so much fun! They held a pop up class at Hause Park in North St Paul. I’m in better shape and stronger doing jazzercise. You don’t need to be a good dancer to join in the fun. The instructors prompt you for what is coming next. If you’re looking for a way to get in shape, come check it out!
I love Woodbury Jazzercise! It’s a great place for encouragement, fitness, and community. It’s close to my home but I can jump in on-line when needed. Friendly, knowledgeable instructors are always willing to show me how to modify the workouts to suit me. It’s great to connect with supportive friends who know my name, care about me and are genuinely glad I’m there. Check it out- you’ll be glad you did!!
I've been working out here for 8 months and love it! Everyone is friendly and welcoming - instructors and greeters all made an effort to learn my name, recognize my face, and show me the ropes from day one. After my initial two month trial, I happily saw the value in joining. Classes are scheduled daily and accommodate working and retired lifestyles.
