Woodbury Jazzercise is such a welcoming and energizing place to work out! The instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and make every class fun for all fitness levels. The workouts are a great mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility, so you leave feeling stronger and refreshed. The community is supportive and friendly, which makes it easy to stay consistent and actually look forward to exercising. If you want a fun workout with amazing people and great results, Woodbury Jazzercise is the place to be!
I love Jazzercise because it travels with me. I can be in Fairbanks, Alaska or Punta Gorda, Florida and I am welcomed like I belong there. I have also used the on line/live stream to do Jazzercise in Iceland and in different time zone. I get a brain work out as well doing the math to figure out when classes are in the new zones. I have been doing Jazzercise for 30 plus years and plan to keep on dancing.
Jazzercise has been a part of my life for close to 30 years. The program is such a great complete workout in just 1 fun hour. All the instructors at the Woodbury Jazzercise location are knowledgeable and each have their unique style of dance that I enjoy. I have gained life long friendships through the program that I will always treasure. I encourage anyone looking for an exercise program to try Woodbury Jazzercise, you won't be disappointed!

I have tried for years to find a workout program that I truly enjoyed, and I can honestly say that Woodbury Jazzercise is it! I have finally found my love for exercise through Jazzercise. Woodbury Jazzercise is so enjoyable and uplifting, I get an amazing workout that supports strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance. And the Jazzercise family is so supportive and fun, I have made so many new friends. I look forward to my workouts and I leave class feeling happy, fulfilled and accomplished!
