Classes were good .. however I'm not able to attend. Trying to stop the reoccurring charge every month was a challenge. I unmarked the box for reoccurring charge. Still every month I'm charged. Thank heavens I have a debit card that can block them! Be ware! They bank on you not using your membership and collecting your money regardless! Shame on you guys!
An amazing full body workout and fun supportive environment for all.
This is the best decision I ever made! Not only do I get great cardio and strength training, but the instructors and the community at this center is just the best. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental. There is always a lot of laughter. If you want a good workout and have fun, too, then check out any of the classes that are offered.
I've been jazzercising since the 90's and don't know what I'd do without it. It's kept me strong both physically and mentally and always gets me through the rough times!.I've made friendships that mean so much to me. The instructors and the owner, Laura are wonderful, the music is fun and uplifting you will get a great workout from every class!
