I attended the 6 am Jazzercise class in Greenwood with instructor Michaela this week. What a great way to start the day! She brings energy to the room and leads you every step of the way! Energizing music and fun moves! I will definitely be returning to Jazzercise!
Jazzercise is such a great workout- it’s basically aerobics set to current pop-music. And the community they’ve built around it is so welcoming!! Worth checking out!
I love this exercise class! The music and routines are so fun that it doesn’t feel like exercise, but it’s definitely a great work out. But best of all, the people are so friendly and welcoming. All ages and abilities are welcomed in this group.
Jazzercise is the best workout! I did Jazzercise when I lived in Austin, Texas. When I moved back to Seattle, I was so happy to find classes here. The instructors, community and music make it fun… here’s to much more dancing in 2025!
I started doing Jazzercise the summer of 2022. I have never smiled so much during a workout! I have no dance background but you catch on quickly and it so fun! The instructors are all fantastic and the workouts cover a lot of ground. My cardio and strength have improved, but also my balance. The community is lovely, all ages are welcome (my mom is a member as well), and there is something about being in a room where everyone is dancing together that is so amazing and motivating.
