Seeking a workout that you'll looking forward to doing? This is it! I have been attending classes for a couple years and can't say enough good things about the positive environment, awesome instructors, great music and welcoming community of people. Come check it out :)
If you’re looking for a fun stress free group fitness class Jazzercise Muskegon is it. Instructor led choreographed classes that include cardio, strength and stretch. They include low impact modifications and accommodate really all ages and fitness level. If you want high impact and high intensity I can tell you I burn on average 450-500 calories each 60 minute class. I have found Jazzercise the only enjoyable way to exercise plus, the people are great!
After many years of failed attempts with exercise classes, I found Jazzercise. The instructors are all positive, inviting, and encouraging. They have taught me the correct techniques and modifications that best suit me. I enjoy the classes and get a great workout. Bonus: I fit into some of my smaller clothes again!
