I love this place! The instructors are great: they are encouraging, play great music, put together amazing sets, always in a good mood, and make the workouts everything I need. The new location is smaller than the last, but that just gives us a better opportunity to get to know our class mates. I don't need any where else for my workouts; I get my cardio and my strength building in one place.The routines are easy to follow andt o adjust between high impact and low impact - and the instructors cue both.
