I highly recommend Jazzercise Oakville Fitness. I have been attending for a quite a few years now and I just love the inclusive community it offers . These classes are so fun, energizing and geared to all levels of fitness. You get a variety of cardio, strength, stretch classes to todays popular music. All the instructors are well trained, knowledgeable and motivating while keeping a positive & friendly environment for everyone to enjoy.
