If you like music and dancing, this workout is for you!! Heather and Fran are wonderful instructors. They give excellent instructions and continue to show how to modify the moves for both low and high impact as we go along, and they keep it light and fun! There are class members of varying ages and ability levels and everyone participates at their own level. And everyone is so friendly! I love these classes!!

Great class! Really good workout; fun songs and who doesn't like dancing with friends! Join us - we love having new people join our class!
