Jazzercise is my favorite way to stay active, even at my (Social Security eligible) age. I can move, jump and crunch at my own level with impunity. And it's so much fun to work out with a group of like-minded women. We're all in it to stay fit and strong!
Jazzercise has been a part of my life for many many years. My doctor told me never quit, that for being 78 years old I was in better shape than most all of her patients that were my age. AND it's not just the exercise either, it's the friendships acquired over these years.
Very welcoming community. Clean, convenient location. Expert instructors, great choreography and music ❤️
This is my favorite way to work out! I love the instructors because they truly care about everyone who steps into their classes. And you’re guaranteed to leave feeling loved and equipped to take on your day! Seriously, come…you’ll adore it!
