I met Jenny, the Jazzercise Mission owner, as my aerobics instructor 20+ years ago. The center on Johnson Drive in Mission, KS (opened in 2023) has the same great vibe as her classes - welcoming, encouraging and definitely fun. Jazzercise has been one of the best decisions of my life. I have stuck with it since 2003, now working out 4-5x per week. It feels great to dance to great music, challenge my body, and to hang out with a super friendly and accepting bunch of women. My cardiologist asked what I do to overcome some of my health challenges, and I proudly said, “Jazzercise!”
