Great workout and an hour goes by so fast!
I love Jazzercise! It is a great full-body workout, and fun to boot. It is such a safe space to dance and express yourself in. This center particularly is a jewel. The instructors are lively, real, and so funny. The students are so welcoming. It is a great community! Oh yeah, and a huge dance floor - plenty of space for everyone. There’s also a streaming option if you can’t make it in person!
I started Jazzercising more than 7 years ago and have found my exercise routine and exercise people at Milwaukie Jazzercise! It's hard work and lots of fun with great people -- a complete workout in one hour. 10-out-of-10... would go again... and again... and again! I'll be there tomorrow at 6 am!
