I've always had great fun and excellent work outs at Jazzercise Maple Grove! I took a break for about a month but remembered how great I felt after my workouts. The first couple workouts back were challenging, but now I feel stronger and continue to be excited for every class. Each instructor adds their own flair to a variety of class types (cardio & strength). Their energy is inspiring to keep me motivated!
I have been a member since 1992. that tells you that jazzercise is a great program. they have great instructors. ned and missy the owners are great. they are always doing something for their students. they make working out so fun. this is a great program. if you haven't tried jazzercise you must come and check it out. you will be hooked after a couple classes.
I did my first Jazzercise class over 44 years ago but have only occasionally lived in a location where Jazzercise existed. As a result, through the years I used basic cardio and weight lifting to help maintain my health. Those options did their job but I only ever WANTED to work out when I could be dancing. I am so grateful to now live close enough to Maple Grove Jazzercise that I can attend any day of the week or time of day and choose from numerous lass format options according to my fitness goals. I just love jazzercise! I started almost 10 years ago and will continue for life. It is so uplifting & energizing. Everyone is so friendly and entertaining. The instructors & the customers. These classes have replaced my dancing days. Singing, dancing & working out is so much more fun together!💕🎶
Jazzercise has been my lifeline for almost 30 years! It is truly something of my very own that I cannot do without! It frees my mind, body and soul with every class!
