Longview Jazzercise takes safety seriously and will help modify if there are injuries or conditions that might limit someone. I've attended many different Jazzercise locations over my last 35 years and since moving to Longview several years back, decided to join at this location. Angela is not only a great instructor but a welcoming and caring person that makes class challenging but most of all fun! I am well into my 5th consecutive year of attending Jazzercise, which is the longest I have stuck with any workout program. At 65, I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in. The program is challenging, interesting and so much fun. We are always encouraged to work hard, but with safety in mind. The friendships made in Suite 13 are the "sprinkles on the cupcake" that make each class one to look forward to.
What a great way to work out both cardio and strength! The instructors are so encouraging! I always leave with a smile!
Longview Jazzercise is the most fun complete exercise program that has amazing instructors and such wonderful members! 😊
