After a stressful competitive workday it is so nice working out without a leaderboard like they have at many other gyms. It allows me to focus on my own body and goals rather than comparing myself to others on a board. The various class formats include cardio, HiiT, strength training, and stretching. My new favorite class is Vital Sculpt HiiT!! All the instructors are very knowledgeable, motivating and approachable. And they always have the best new music to keep your energy going.
I joined Jazzercise because a friend told me how she goes there and how much she loved it. I needed to get out of my house, do something for myself, loose weight and hang out with my friend. I joined the day B4 Memorial Day and have been going ever since. It is like a big family there. Everyone is sincerely so nice. It is a great place to shake all your stress out. Have been attending Jazzercise classes at many locations during the last 43 years. Jazzercise is the best all-inclusive exercise program. It includes cardio, strength training, weight training, HIIT, stretching, ... and all the easy to follow routines are to the best music! The instructors at GE are some of the best around ... knowledgeable, motivating, energetic and friendly.
