Jazzercise is the best part of my day!! And Cowtown Jazzercise is the best of the best! We are so fortunate to have some many classes to choose from and wonderful instructors!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun workout!
This is the best workout class around! The instructors are GREAT. High energy, enthusiasm, motivating...they're always consistent. It's such fun dancing/exercising to the music with such a wonderful group of people. I always feel better than when I arrived. It's also impressive that the ages of people range from 20s to one lady who is 90. I'll keep going...no reason not to and a ton of reasons to keep going!!!
How good does your workout have to be get out of bed for a 5:15 AM class? I love this Dancing Queen community! And I am always thankful to shake, shimmy, twist and tango! Seriously. I don't like to exercise. But I love to dance!
