I look forward to fun at Jazzercise, usually 2-3 times week. It’s always an enjoyable workout in a party atmosphere. I can choose morning or evening classes, so it always fits into my schedule, but I’m usually there at 8am because WHAT A WAY TO START THE DAY!
Jazzercise is super fun, a great workout, and community. Although physical therapy was good for my bum body parts, having a consistent, balanced form of exercise has really paid off. I feel a lot healther than in my forties, honestly!
The hour of "exercise" goes super-fast and the ladies are all very nice. I've noticed I'm toning up fast so no reason at all to stop!
