Eagle Jazzercise is a great place to work out, is a ton of fun, and has the very best instructors! Each of them makes working out relatively easy and so much fun to do. They are encouraging and constantly provide helpful suggestions as how to get the most out of a certain movement or routine. Classes are well balanced with cardio, strength training and stretching, and you are encouraged to work at your own pace and fitness level.
