I found a perfect workout and enjoy it so much that I attend it everyday. Each day is different so it’s good for muscle confusion. People are nice and facility is clean and very desirable. Glad to have found the place.
I've tried so many fitness programs in my life and then over 30 years ago, I stumbled upon Jazzercise and have not looked back since! It's the only fitness program for me! I love the moves to current music, which helps my kids see me as a "with-it" mom ;-) I love how strong my body has become and that I have less knee pain. But mostly, I love that I met my best friend there, and over 30 years, she's not only been my sweat buddy, but she's also become the sister I never had! Thank you Jazzercise!
A terrific workout for all levels and ages. From low impact to high energy. Can adapt workout program per individual needs and fun music and dance routines mixed with cardio, strength training and stretch with friends. 🧡 Mind/body is well served every class! Still working 💪 40+ years. A huge fan. Great instructors and authentic friendships formed throughout the years. Love jazzercise! 😀

The most fun workout in town! I love the variety of current hit music, warm friendly atmosphere, and challenging workouts. Perfect balance of cardio and strength!
