I've been attending Denver Center Jazzercise for nearly 24 years! Things have changed over the years but only in terms of keeping current with the best practices and fitness trends. The owner and the instructors really put their all into it and it's truly a friendly, welcoming community. Even though I could attend other fitness centers at no cost due to my Silver Sneakers membership, to me Jazzercise is worth the investment. I also value supporting a woman-owned small business. I encourage you to give it a try!
I love Jazzercise because it instantly rewards your sense of doing something that benefits your well-being-physically, emotionally, and mentally. Jazzercise makes me feel empowered and accomplished when I finish working out, the earlier in the day the better. I love jazzercise. I’ve been going about 30yrs. All aerobics all the time. Great friendly instructors and great dance music.
Jazzercise is the absolute best part of my day! And the Jazzercise - Denver Center is amazing! The dancing is so much fun and the community of (mostly) women is so friendly, kind, and welcoming! And the full-body workout, including both aerobic and strength training, is incredible! (I consider the exercise a fantastic side benefit to the fun I have there!) If you enjoy moving to music, you will LOVE Jazzercise!
The Denver Jazzercise Center is truly my happy place! No matter what’s going on in my day, I know I’ll leave every class feeling better than when I walked in.
