The most enjoyable workout hands down!!!! Done to all genres of great past and current music, you burn fat while strengthening and sculpting your body. Personally for me it’s a great way to relieve stress. I refer to Jazzercise as my “therapy”. The instructors are ALL wonderful. A special shout out to Penne the owner, for creating an amazing environment where you feel welcomed, motivated and valued.
