Jazzercise has been my exercise companion for the past 40 years. The classes in Corte Madera, which are owned and operated by Katja Aivaliotis, are exceptional and I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been. Although I live in Novato, the commute is worth my time to travel for the high impact, fun and inspiring sets and routines using current music and up to date fittness moves and stretches. I challange everyone to try a Jazzercise class and come visit the CM facility if you live nearby.
