the best work out, dance session, emotional high ever!! liz and her team of instructors love what they do and their energy is put out to the class. the facility is clean, bright and open. there is street parking and parking in the shared lot. if you are looking for a positive and rewarding experience where the instructors are motivated, then this is the place to be. so glad to have discovered it.
