We offer different platforms to best suite your physical fitness needs. Weekday classes Jazzercise classes begin 8:30am and at 8:00am on the weekends. They are 55 minutes in length. This aerobics dance studio delivers fitness, fun and friendship with panache. Jazzercise plays a critical role in maintaining my mental and physical health. An all-ages group dances and used weights to 40 years of classic tunes, enjoying the varied talents of a range of spirited instructors headed by Sharon Anthony-Ticho. She is a shining star, inspiring us to enjoy staying fit. Can't sing her praises high enough🎼🎺🎶🏅🏋🤹
I have been coming to this studio since November 2015 and have seen such tremendous benefits. I am in better shape than I have been in years and have also met some amazing women. The instructors are all top notch. This is a great workout and I would highly recommend this studio!
