I absolutely love this class. Gillian is an amazing instructor. My muscle mass visibly increased since I started in July. I have so much fun in the class. From choreography to music choices to lots of laughter, I'm so thankful I joined!
Best way to exercise! Welcoming, positive atmosphere with the best music to dance to all while getting fit and healthy! Gillian is always challenging us and making sure our form is correct to prevent us from hurting ourselves! This is the best class to take for cardio, weight training and functional fitness, all while having fun and meeting great people! Love it!
