Jazzercise Ashburn is a great way to have fun and get a workout. It offers cardio and strength so you get a full body workout. It is a group experience so you can make friends too.
Jazzercise is a big part of my life. I've been doing it for almost 2 decades and I love it. It has helped me focus on health in a positive way. It's a fun and effective work out.
I love Jazzercise classes at Capital Community Church for last 4 years. Instructors are very good and friendly… everyone in thise classes motivates each other. Dancing with the music in a group doesn’t feel like exercise at all. I work from home and this helps me go out and meet others. Thank you Karen, Robin, Jennifer !!!
