It was suggested to me via the Facebook local group to try these group fitness classes if I wanted a fun, challenging, cardio/weight lifting combo and man, it is just that! If you want a fun high cardio workout, this is for you. You might be thinking that's there is no way this could get your heart rate up that high, but mine got up into the 170's at times! But you also have the option to do low impact movements to scale it back.

Best workout ever. Classes are so much fun and you don't know you are actually working out but feel so energized after. Members are awesome as well as instructors! Try it out.

The workouts are fun and energizing. I love the combination of cardio, strength, and stretch. As great as the workouts are, the community is even better! We aren't just working out at the same time, we're friends, we're family. All body types, ages, and abilities are welcome. As a weight inclusive eating disorder counselor I wholeheartedly recommend the CR Jazzercise studio.

I’ve been doing Jazzercise for many years. What a workout! I’m an older member, but all ages, body types and fitness levels are encouraged. I just love that it keeps me moving, and the music is modern, popular stuff, like Swift, Pitbull, Buble, etc. give it a try!
