Love this place! Great people and workout! It never feels boring
I tried the class just out of the curiosity, and oh how wonderful and welcoming it was! I really enjoyed it, so that I signed up for 2 months right away. The classes are perfectly combined with cardio and strength exercises, + some yoga elements and stretching, too. I enjoy classes even more so, because Tiffany, an instructor of Power Sculpt classes, substitutes some elements to other options, gives various ways on how to make certain moves and she is very attentive as I once mentioned I have neck scoliosis from birth, so sh... read more
Such a welcoming environment!! Very intimate of a space, with encouraging instructors! I have knee issues and there were options to still be able to workout/dance. Also incredibly clean!
I’m a dancer and I LOVE this place. Jazzercise is so much fun and I get the best workout. I’ve only been to two classes but I’m hooked! I love Angie too! The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly and you really feel like a family! Plus I love all the challenges to keep you motivated. Highly recommend!
