I don't attend the 5:30 AM classes, but my wife, Suzy, does. She loves going, and it's clearly a wonderful community. If you're looking for a place that delivers real results and a great environment, this is it. Husbands-encourage your wives! Huge thanks to the team there for taking such good care of my favorite early bird!

Still exercising with Jazzercise Lake Highlands since my last review and still loving it! I tried the new format, Vital Sculpt HIIT, which promotes functional fitness. It’s tough, but a great workout. I’m now hooked. Especially try Lori’s class @ 9:30 Saturday mornings.
I've loved LH Jazzercise for the past 20+ years. It's the music, the dancing & movement, all the instructors, and all the friendships I have. Please give Jazzercise a try, you'll love it❤️
Love Jazzercise! Although my favorite is the “early birds” at 5:30 am but I love ANY of the other classes as well.Come join us!!
