I have been doing Jazzercise for 30 years and I am amazed by how they continually use research and refresh the routines to challenge me in new ways! Benicia Jazzercise is special because the team of instructors work hard to bring us new routines and build a solid supportive community. I’m a BenJazz fan!!!
This Jazzercise studio is the gem of Benicia! The owner, instructors, and all members are so welcoming, and the classes are so fun. There are members of all ages and you go at your own pace. I can't recommend this studio enough.
I can’t say enough positive things about Benicia Jazzercise! This is a FUN workout with amazing instructors and a great sense of community. Everyone is so friendly and you will leave with a smile on your face!
I was fortunate to learn about Benicia Jazzercise 30 years ago. As a working mom with four children, I needed to carve out time for myself to make sure I could stay healthy, happy, and fit. The childcare and flexible class schedule made it possible to keep on track. I recommend Jazzercise to many friends. No matter what your fitness level is, you can do it! Another great side is Jazzercise keeps you up to date with the latest great music. So fun!
