I danced my heart out and burned 360 calories, felt like I improved my mood significantly and walked out so happy. My idea of a perfect close to a long week. The class was pretty packed and the music was great, the class sizes have def gotten bigger. I’ve been coming through ClassPass for a couple of years, just dropping in and the moves are pretty easy to pick up with some still having me stumble. That’s ok though, everyone is super friendly and you’ll pick it up quick. Best way to get cardio in, highly recommend.
I’ve been attending classes at Jazzercise Carrollton for 10+ plus years! I love the friendly atmosphere. Jan Baker is amazing as is all of her instructors - cardio plus strength training that feels more like dancing!! Adding to my review - it’s been 17+ years since I found Jazzercise! I am so glad I did. Workouts help me manage stress and challenge me physically - perhaps the best part of Jazzercise is being part of a fitness family that truly supports and cares for one another.
My fiancé lost his phone and the location of his phone was showing up in close proximity of this location (Trinity Mills). He approached the front door, noticing the door was locked. Shortly after, he was racially profiled (being called a n*****) by an employee working at this location. We frequent this area often as we have a business next door.
