I've been going to Jazzercize for 27 years and love it! I've been going to the Milford Jazzercize for 16 years. Nice mix of cardio and weight training, and a great team of instructors!

I've been going to Jazzercise for 36 years. It's a great workout and alot of fun. I highly recommend it. All the Milford instructors are awesome!
