I love this place for it's dynamic instructors, motivating playlists and structured routines, which keeps the members engaged and sweaty through 60 minute total-body workout. I recommend this class for anyone shopping for a place to feel included and motivated through their fitness journey. TRY IT, you wont be disappointed.
I enjoy the great, all-around workout I get with professionally trained instructors and the fun environment! Cardio and strength in every session!
Looking forward to my 9am weekday Jazzercise class at Foster City Rec Center. Great instructors with a variety of routines keep me motivated to work out.
The lagoon room has the best views of any class on the Peninsula with great floors and great instructors!
