I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAZZERCISE UA! It is the best part of my day! I tend to go in the morning before I start my work day and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. Not only is it a great full body workout (instructors are amazing), but the people who attend are also great. Very friendly and non judgemental. We’ve become one big family!

The best and most fun workout I’ve ever tried. Friendliest staff, instructors, and participants. Love that the workouts include strength training as well as cardio. Try it—you’ll love it!

This is a great studio…very friendly and competent instructors. The women who take the classes are also friendly and down-to-earth. There is no sense of competitiveness and no showing off among the class members. You go at your own pace,, with no pressure to do more than you’re comfortable doing. Classes are offered at convenient times. I highly recommend Jazzercise UA.

The best decision I have ever made was joining Jazzercise Upper Arlington. I hate working out but I love to dance. It’s also so cool that my membership with UpperArlington allows me to Jazzercise almost anywhere in the world! I have met so many wonderful Jazzergals from 126 different centers in 23 different states and 2 different countries. And let me tell you there is nothing like this community. I cannot imagine my life without my jazzerfamily.
