Jazzercise is my go to workout! With all the latest music and fun energetic instructors, I feel like I’m at a dance party every time I go! I also love that it’s a judgement free zone! Just a room full of wonderful ladies of all ages!! And it’s not your Grandmother’s workout from the 80s you might think! I’d highly suggest it for an hour of fun!
I can't say enough about the people here. I have never continued with an exercise routine until I joined Jazzercise. I love the workouts, but I love the people more. Thanks for being my motivation and my family.
