I love being able to visit jazzercise centers when I travel. Always welcoming.
Technically 4.5 stars. My day just isn't the same if I don't start it with Jazzercise. The 5:40 a.m. group of Jazzercizers is a great group of people, (if not a little "wild and crazy" for being willing to get out in the mornings at that hour), but I am pleased to call them my exercise buddies. . . they are a great added support network in times of need! Jazzercise gets me out of bed in the morning and makes me smile. It is my therapy when my life is crazy, and I am not sure what I would do without it. To me, healthy living requires a strong mind-body connection, and Jazzercise fills both of those needs. The music keeps me “hip” with my high school students, the choreography sustains my active mind, the exercise tones my muscles and strengthens my heart, and the people become my friends and confidantes. Thank you to Bettendorf Jazzercise for making me smile.
What a wonderful place. I felt so welcome and it's such a friendly environment for women to ENJOY a workout. The music is awesome and routines are so much fun. I signed up for the year!
