There's no place like Jazzercise where you'll find fitness, fun and friendship. The routines are designed to promote overall health, instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and fellow Jazzercisers are the nicest people in the world.
I was hooked after my first class with David, in Truckee, CA., in the late 1970's. It's a work out that keeps you moving and inspired to keep coming back. I had to give it up for a few years with helping out with elderly family, but when I returned it was even better. I love the format and instructors at the social club and plan on working out until I can move longer move. Thank you Jazzercize!

Jazzercise is the most fun you will find in a fitness program! It is appropriate for all ages and levels; it doesn’t matter if you are brand new or have been doing it for years, everyone walks out with a great workout. The instructors always put a great deal of time and effort into making every class fun and effective, and they always bring a positive attitude. Instructors and students are all very welcoming, it is definitely a community that we are so fortunate to be part of!
Great way to stay active, sweat, and build a sense of community! Love it!
