If you’re looking for a great workout with some fantastic instructors, definitely check out Jazzercise at Summit Center! They target all the right areas, and I find myself having an excellent workout at every class! They offer a big range of music and even ask the students which songs they like most, which I haven’t seen many studios do before. They offer many childcare classes at different times of the day. Fantastic place. Wonderful, comfortable environment for us who still are young but can't go at it like we used to. Reminds me of fitness in the way it should be done.
