Response from owner was I damaged my own extensions when she just told me a few hours before that I took really good care of them. I never put any heat on them when i had them and she made that up. I actually was not upset that she was closing, as this was the last time i was going to use her anyway. When I first left the salon I said goodbye and good luck with everything. Bad service and rude owner. Overcharged me for damaged hair extensions. She also pulled out my hair when she was removing my extensions and I lost so much of my own hair which i need to see a doctor for. When telling her she just ignored me and cashed my check. Had no problem taking my money before closing her business. Also did not tell me she was closing her business in the next few days. Very sketchy. Always very rude to me and always nice to the clients she is friends with.

Jazz Me Up Hair Salon is absolutely amazing. The owner is responsive and educated to her business. My daughter came in with a vision and Jazz assured us it could be done. The stylist Ariana took her time and with magic made her look exactly as she had envisioned. Thank you for making her beyond happy. Highly recommend this salon.
