Monica was nice & personable. She is the mentor of Darlene. Darlene was the student that cut my twin daughter’s hair. She did a decent job. Monica checked her work & fixed what needed to be fixed. I was looking for a discount and that’s why I was ok with this. I think Darlene is nice and professional. She needs more practice but will be great I’m sure. I will come back for more promotional discount services. 😁
Worst experience every the lady charged me 15 to cut my BANGS and I was ok with that but when it came to style it she didn’t even try to fix it they where puffy as soon as I see her no effort in fixing this I left my husband stayed back to pay her she was unapologetic never made an attempt to even amend the mistake I’m literally crying in my car
