It took me a year to post this…. Don’t, just don’t . I almost never post reviews but this one was detrimental to my health. She is inexperienced, dismissive of what you are feeling and condescending. She misdiagnosed me and made me feel awful about questioning her diagnosis. Please skip her and go somewhere else. I ended up going to Baylor Scott and received intelligence informed knowledge. I liked my old doctor. Went to a new doctor. This doctor feels very superficial and paid tbh and said questionable things to me
I’ve seen Dr Horne a few times. Finding a black female doctor is fairly difficult that isn’t booked out for months. I was happy with Dr Horne. I unfortunately moved an hour away so now having to find a different doctor. Shes direct, she’s not rude and she’s professional. I would stick with her if I wasn’t out so far.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Horne! I’ve had three babies, and I have had three C-sections. I don’t scar well my scars are very big unattractive and honestly can be painful and have nerve damage. Jazmin was the first and only Doctor Who ever ask me questions about my scar and choose ab bandage and a healing plan that made sense to my specific skin, And now my C-section scar and my skin healed better than I could’ve ever imagined for my last. I came in with two questions to ask, not a yearly exam, but just two questions I hoped to get a caring response for and how to move forward.
