I went in for a haircut and toner not really knowing what to expect, but I’m so glad I did. Brenda took such great care of me from the moment I sat down. I went in with long virgin hair looking to cut off at least 4 inches and get a form of balyage or ombrè with blonde for a natural look. 5.5 hours later, I walked out in tears with a horrible haircut, buttery AND ash gray blondes and 6.5 inches of hair removed, lopsided and choppy. Owner/operator called because she heard I was upset (I really appreciated that) and offered to refund and fix. I was hesistand, but agreed. I had a couple of weeks ago such a great experience at Jazi's hair, and always forget to write a riview, not sure about the name of stylist, it was a tall girl! She listened to what I wanted, and the result turned out even better than I expected. Super friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I’ll definitely be coming back.
