I went in with long virgin hair looking to cut off at least 4 inches and get a form of balyage or ombrè with blonde for a natural look. 5.5 hours later, I walked out in tears with a horrible haircut, buttery AND ash gray blondes and 6.5 inches of hair removed, lopsided and choppy. Owner/operator called because she heard I was upset (I really appreciated that) and offered to refund and fix. I was hesistand, but agreed. I had a couple of weeks ago such a great experience at Jazi's hair, and always forget to write a riview, not sure about the name of stylist, it was a tall girl! She listened to what I wanted, and the result turned out even better than I expected. Super friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I have been going to see Angela at Jazi’s for 30 years now. From brunette to blonde, red highlights to purple balayage, blunt bangs and 'big chops' and the many shades and styles in between, Angela has seen me through every stage of my life, always giving me that boost of confidence I need that comes with a great new haircut or color. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jazi’s Salon. My hair stylist Angela transformed my very thick bangs to light and wispy and then styled my hair with simple tools to give my thick, straight hair more flow and movement. Her quick, light styling of my thick bangs and head of hair produced a much better style for my face. I just love it.
