Great experience. They were polite, they were efficient, they respected our space... They even send a picture of the technician when they're on the way so you know who to expect. The work was done professionally, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We called them and booked a time to get a toilet replaced, and the morning before they came our kitchen sink suddenly started leaking. We showed it to Matt and Cayden when they arrived, and they fixed it while they were here. Both jobs were completed well and fast. And they're friendly! February 2026 update: Just came to post another review because we had the Jaytech team back to install a new faucet in our kitchen after getting counters replaced. I have used Jaytech 2x now. Once a few years ago to install a double-sink and faucet in Mom's kitchen and today at my house to fix a plugged sink. 4 years between services, very different reasons, different home size and age, same great results. Jaytech is professional from first call to saying good-bye after a successful conclusion. They text a photo of your service technician and let you know when they're enroute to your home. Jaytech plumbing is amazing. They came 30 min after I called. Matt showed up right on time and was extremely helpful. He helped with my issue with honesty and great customer service. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
