JayTech was easy to contact and arrange an appointment with. Plumber Cayden made the repairs and replacements very efficiently. They were able to help me coordinate with Ensuite here in Guelph to find a replacement bathroom faucet even though the model had been discontinued. I am so pleased to have a kitchen sink with no leak, a bathroom faucet that works and a laundry tub with a new faucet and no leaks! I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing!
Had Jaytech come replace an old main waiter shutoff for my house. They were super easy to work with and completed the work on-time and as communicated. Would use them again!
Outstanding service, very professional approach and excellent quality. Best plumbing company I have ever used. 10 out of 10.
Called them, told them the problem, made an appointment, but no show, no call to advise could not come, nothing!
As a home owner for 50 years after my recent work done by Jaytech I would never use any other company. They answer the phone and give personable service. My favourite is the text to say they are on their way with a photo of who is coming to do the work. Fabulous service *****
