I went to have blood drawn and the tech was unable to do so 3 times. She called in the front desk/ nurse and she was able to draw the blood right away. 3 weeks later a recieved a bill for $25.00. I called and asked why I got this since I paid my co-payment and I was told that the nurse can charge for drawing the blood. If the tech could have done her job I would not have been charged extra. I tried to talk to Dr. Chasmawala but never got a call back. I have changed Dr.'s and it has been the best thing.
I am not sure what to say about her she is different and I am not sure if it is because she is a D.O. Dr. or not. Don't know much about them or the difference between a D.O. and an M.D. But I have always been checked by my Doctor's completely with hands on examins but at her office I have never been. She and her staff waste more time on the Lap top computer typing every little detail you say and it is very impersonal I think.
