Best dinner we've had in Goldsboro in 3 years. Mr. Koji has built a special place in Jay's Sushi and Burger Bar. The burgers are the great and the sushi is even better.

The burger was amazing (super Jay) but the steamed broccoli was way too crispy. California rolls where thrown together but tasted great. service was nothing special forgot my sushi till my meal when he was reminded. Maybe 4 stars if service and presentation was better. Food taste amazing.

My husband and I went recently and really enjoyed our burgers. The service was great until we got our food, then we did not see our waitress for another 20-30 minutes. Can I make a suggestion as well? I am a huge fan of Ninja and Sumo's and was really hoping that this restaurant would be a true fusion of this with American food. I, along with others I have spoken with, would love to see a Japanese inspired burger (maybe with the special sauces from your Sumo special roll...) VERY disappointed in service and management!!! Waitress obviously NOT trained. Food, while good, came out at different times ~ some had to eat, while others waited. One member of party had food that was NOT edible and manager sent over ANOTHER waiter to apologize ~ never saw management. Wait staff needs training, and you need a new manager ~ will NOT return!!!
